Micaela Garduque Class No. 20 Based on my parents the name "Micaela" was chosen by my mother. She said that there is no hidden meaning for my name, she just think of it. Supposedly my whole name is Micaela Cassandra but unfortunately my father disagreed because it's too long. In the end it's my mom's decision and choice for naming when I was a baby.
My name comes from the character in the Bible. My father named this to me to continue his legacy. in the Bible when Moses reached his age, he passed his legacy to Joshua. Back then, during my father's time in college, he met his responsibility of being a father too early. So when the I was born my father named Joshua, to continue his legacy, but also to continue his youth.
My first name comes from Aelius Galenus/ Claudius Galenus,a renowned Roman physician and surgeon whose research provided a basis for accepted medical practices for 1500 years. My father wanted me to be a Doctor of Medicine. Unfortunately, engineering is my passion. I've always been fascinated by, and driven to understand the way things work. So maybe, I still have some of the scientific mind of Galenus. :)
Juan Carlo= JC means Jesus Christ because my birthday is December 25
