10, Cubangbang, Jan Daryl, H. My name is Jan Daryl Cubangbang. I was given this name by my parents, Fe and Arsenio Cubangbang. My mom told me that “Jan” was a given to children so they would be gentle and caring. My Dad gave me the name “Daryl” because he wanted me to be very masculine. “Jan” was placed first because my parents wanted me to be more caring and gentle rather than be masculine. I am not really sure if their logic at the time made much sense to me, but that is how I got this name. I prefer it if people called me “Daryl” because I do not like to think of myself as a gentle or caring man. I also heard rumors that “Jan” is a girl’s name, I greatly doubt it, but I still do not want to be named for being gentle or caring.
Ian as a boy's name is pronounced EE-an, EYE-an. It is of Scottish and Gaelic origin, and the meaning of Ian is "God is gracious". Ceasar is a variant of Caesar and means king or emperor. It is of Latin origin. I got my name Ian from my mother and Ceasar from my father because the name of my father is Julius they call my father Ceasar or Czar that's why they add the name Ceasar. :))
When my mom gave birth to me, her sister wanted me to have a name of John Carlo but my mom did not want it because she said John Carlo was a common name in my time. So she decided to give a name of Mark Ryan to me but there was a typo error in my birth certificate and now Mark Dyan is my name.
8, Cruz, Alexander M. My first name Alexander was given to me by my father. My name was supposed to be John because I was born on June 24,the feast of St. John the Baptist but he thought that it was very common so he chose Alexander from the name of Alexander the Great thinking that i'll be a great person too.
I was born September 8, 1991 , the birthday of Mama Mary, as the initials of my first name also starts with two letter M. Due to this reason, most of my relatives and friends call me MM for short. My mother told me my name was taken from Mama Mary , although replacing the letter "Y" with a letter "C" for a masculine name "Marc". My dad added the name "Manuel" from our savior Emmanuel. I am their first born , I am quite sure they were very thankful to God to have a child that is why they named me after Mama Mary and Emmanuel.
I was named Raymond by my parents because of St. Raymond, who was then and now prayed to by pregnant women, and because my father's first name started with "R" Ramil, and my 2nd name was Andrew given to me because of my mother's name started with "A" Ana, so they game me the name Raymond Andrew.

Initially, I was supposed to be named John Gerald M. Almasol since me and my other siblings start our names with letter "J". However, my grandfather, who was already in his deathbed when i am to be born, requested to my mother that I be named after him (Atanacio). My parents then decided to name me after him and added the "Jay-Jay" to continue the pattern they have trended to us children. among the 5 children, I am the youngest and the only one whose name starts with letter A.
Hello, do you wonder why the name is odd, as my classmates are also wondering why my name weird likes that. Simple but complicated my answer; I got the name of these two entities. The name “Yahuwdah” really has an amazing meaning; in Strong’s Concordance number 3063, we find that it is composed of two Hebrew words: 1) “Yah,” which is the poetic Name of the Heavenly Father; and “yadah,” which means to confess, celebrate, give thanks, revere, worship and praise. Now, if we ignore all these meanings and instead we use the erroneous name “ Judah ,” instead of “Yahuwdah,” we truly miss the real purpose of the Name given by the Heavenly Father. But they may be surprised that they are wrong, because this “name” never existed in the Hebrew language. Actually “Judah,” as well as all the other “names” that we find in the Bible, are only substitutions made by the early translators of the Sacred Scripture. By accepting these substitutions, the Scripture teachers, instead of teaching the truth, create confusion about the true Word of our Creator. Names are very important in the sight of our Heavenly Creator. To prove this assertion, let us read some examples from the Sacred Book, where Yahweh Himself gave names to His chosen ones. And remember, prior to the 14th century the letter “J” did not exist in any language; it is only a variation of the letter “I” adapted in the 1600s of the Common Era. The substitution of the Name Yahuwdah with the poor and meaningless name “ Judah ” causes us to deceive ourselves; this so-called name does not exist in the Hebrew language. It is a name invented by the translators. So, if we ignore the meanings of the true name, we ignore a big part of the Scripture, because there is a big difference between the carnal name “Yahuwdah,” and the Spiritual Name Yahuwdah, not to mention the false “ Judah .”In fact, the great name, “Yahuwdah,” has a revelation comparable only with the Great Name of “Yahshua,” i.e. in Wisdom and Spiritual knowledge. This is reason enough to restore it in the Sacred Scriptures, in its original form.
I was named Jahziel Abedh by my parents and both came from the Bible. Jahziel came from the book of Chronicles chapter 7 verse 13 and Abedh came from the book of Daniel chapter 3. Actually, in Daniel, it's Abednego but, it is bad to combine to Jahziel so my mother remove remove "nego" and substitute by "h". My grandfather is the one who suggest the name Abednego.
When I was born, my parents didn't know what name to give me. They were choosing between an assortment of names which ranged from cute to downright ugly. They couldn't decide whether to name me Jamillah or Shane. They were even planning to name me Maan but my relatives said it's close to "Maan-tot" so thankfully they didn't give me that name.
They were so undecided that my maternal grandfather said they should just name me "Margarita". That name came from Sta. Margarita, Samar where my grandpa lived as a child. Because they think name is too tagalog, they translated that to its English counterpart which was "Margarette". My mom thought that the name was not enough (she wanted to give me double names!) so she just thought of a name that would sound good with "Margarette" and that's where the "Ann" came from. Therefore, they named me "Ann Margarette". "Ann" is from Hebrew origins which means "Gift of God's grace". "Margarette" is from Greek origin and it means "pearl", which coincidentally is my birth stone because i was born in June.
